TelecomCare are pleased to announce the completion by its engineering force of the Mitel 3300 Basic and Advanced training courses.

These courses are designed to give engineers the best start possible in installation and maintenance of the Mitel Communications Director software on the 3300 hardware platforms.

The course takes the engineer through all the steps neccesary to take either a CX or MX chassis from its factory default state to the point where the customer has connected trunk lines, working IP phones and a functioning voicemail system.

The training was carried out in Mitels dedicated training facility in Northampton during the summer of 2010
